The Cruel Intentions actress, who put the video on her Instagram story on Thursday, was clad in white Alo socks, flesh-colored leggings, and a black off-the-shoulder top.
Sarah, 46, also donned a black baseball cap while doing high-knee lunges.
“@sarahmgellar crushing it as usual,” the video’s caption reads while tagging the fitness brand Alo.
The video then jumps to Sarah working on her glutes before cutting away once again to the Hollywood actress walking down an aisle of workout machines holding a weight.

Throughout the video, viewers can hear her trainer’s voice, Brad Gould, telling her what to do.
Sarah’s workout routine comes after the star showed off her incredible figure in April while wearing a gorgeous Easter outfit.
“Hoppy Easter from paradise,” Sarah wrote alongside a full-body shot of her wearing a floral mini-dress and bunny ears.
The 90s icon’s dress featured a tiered, blue and white design on the bottom as well as a tie across her chest.
Many fans of The Grudge star raced to the comments section to talk about her ageless appearance.
