Incubus is looking backwards and forwards all at once.
The alternative rockers just announced they’re hitting the road for their 10-concert ‘Morning View Tour’ with special guest Coheed and Cambria this August and September.
At all shows, Brandon Boyd and co will perform a reimagining of their 2001 “Morning View” album in its entirety along with fan-favorite hits.
“Here we are today today, some 23 years later about to introduce a new/next phase of (“Morning View’s”) existence,” the band shared on Instagram. “‘Morning View xxii’ is a re-recording/re-thinking of the 2001 album and is the result of our desire to honor this burgeoning legacy but also reimagine it as musicians who have been lovingly performing these songs night after night for the last 23 years.”
Midway through the brief summer run, the California-based quintet are scheduled to swing into New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Thursday, Aug. 29.
And if you want to grab tickets to rock out to updated versions of “Wish You Were Here,” “Nice To Know You” and more of their early ’00s rock radio staples live, they can be scooped up as soon as today.
Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, Feb. 9, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

On May 3-5, the annual BeachLife Festival returns to the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center for three days of throwback ’80s rock, jam bands and indie icons from yesteryear.

“Morning View” album
The iconic 13-track album was a hit way back when.
In addition to “Wish You Were Here” landing in Billboard’s Top 10 on their Alternative charts, the record debuted on the Billboard Top 200 at No. 2, their highest placement ever.
A few months after its release, “Morning View” was certified platinum.

“Our friend and bass player of over 20 years, Ben Kenney, has decided to step away from Incubus,” the band wrote on Instagram.

Most recently, they dropped their 10th studio album “Vaxis – Act II: A Window of the Waking Mind” in 2022.
