Where to buy tickets, schedule, dates

Even if it feels like just yesterday, the ’80s were over 30 years ago.

Sorry for the reminder.

Still, the decade’s lasting impact lives on as evidenced by pop star Rick Springfield’s just-announced ‘I Want My ’80s Tour’ set to take place from July through September this year, which includes a show at Atlantic City’s Etess Arena at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Aug. 12.

On the 26-concert jaunt, he’ll be bringing along early days of MTV-era favorites Tommy Tutone (yes, the “867-5309” singer), The Hooters and Paul Young.

And if you need tickets to hear “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk To Strangers” and “Love Somebody” today, we’ve got your back.

Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, May 5, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

For those not in the know, Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.
