Tish Cyrus leaves surprising comment on daughter Noah’s post days before shocking allegations she stole her boyfriend

MILEY Cyrus’ mom Tish has left a surprising comment on her daughter Noah’s recent social media post.

The Cyrus family has faced shocking claims that Tish, 56, reportedly “stole” her husband, Dominic Purcell, 54, from Noah, 25.

Tish has been married to her new hubby since August 2023.

However, a source said that Noah was dating Dominic before the pair started getting to know each other and that Noah was “distraught” over her mom “stealing” her man.

Days before the shocking claims went public, Tish shared a comment on Noah’s Instagram post.

In the snap, Noah modeled for an Avellano campaign that was a part of the luxury fashion designer’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection.

Her mom commented, “Absolutely stunning.”

Despite the claims, the mother-daughter duo continue to follow each other on social media as of this writing.

PICKING SIDES?

The drama began when a source told Us Weekly, “Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him.”

The insider also revealed that Tish was aware of the situation before deciding to pursue him.

“The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think],” said the source.

“Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her.”

Noah did not attend her mom’s wedding and seemed to side with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, during the divorce proceedings. Tish and Billy Ray called it quits in April 2022.

The star was pictured outside of Walmart wearing a Billy Ray t-shirt during the process.

However, the source said that she was not invited to the event.

They continued to say sister Miley, 31, even paid armed guards to stand outside the venue in case Noah tried to attend.

Miley did not respond to the source following the comments.

TISH AND DOMINIC’S RELATIONSHIP

In the February 7, 2024, podcast episode of Call Her Daddy, Tish revealed that she had a longtime crush on Dominic before they officially began dating.

Tish told Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper that when she would watch Prison Break with her daughters Miley and Brandi, she was always on “Team Lincoln,” a nod to Purcell’s character, Lincoln Burrows, on the hit 2000s show.

She had even jokingly referred to Dominic as her “hall pass” throughout her nearly 30-year marriage to Billy Ray.

Tish also revealed that their relationship started in a rather unconventional way for the older couple – on Instagram.

BLOCKED AND UNBLOCKED

“In 2016, Dom DMed me,” Tish said, as reported by US Magazine.

“I had followed him on Instagram and he DMed me and just said, ‘Hey Tish, just wanted to [say], I think you’re super cool and… you’re doing such a great job with your family,'” she said, adding, “I didn’t see it for a year.”

“[His] ex had seen he hit me up and blocked me from his Instagram,” Tish explained.

“I almost peed my pants because I was like, why am I blocked? He doesn’t even know I exist, and I’m blocked,” she said.

“We were laughing so hard,” she added, explaining that her daughter, Brandi, had been the one to discover she had been blocked in the first place.

A few months after filing for divorce in April 2022, Tish realized she was unblocked, and decided to slide into Purcell’s DMs.

She told Alex that she told Dominic she wanted to get together and discuss a potential show idea.

Tish is the owner and current president of Hopetown Entertainment, a TV and film production company.

Purcell responded immediately, even telling Tish he had a longtime crush on her.

“So, we go to lunch and make out for like three hours,” Tish said.

She even revealed that they said “I love you” to each other just one day later in July 2022.

PREPPING THE ENGAGEMENT

Tish and Dominic went public with their romance in November 2022, with Tish sharing a photo of the happy couple in an Instagram story.

She then posted a quote that read, “In God’s perfect timing, everything will turn out right!”

Tish then wrote, “Sometimes that’s hard to believe but it is so TRUE.”

That same month, Dominic asked Tish to marry him during Thanksgiving, surrounded by family and friends.

“Dom, along with Miley, planned the entire thing,” Tish told Vogue, as reported by People.

“They knew we would all be together as a family and thought it would be the perfect time!” 

The couple publicly announced their engagement in April 2023, with Tish sharing a photo of her ring on Instagram.

“A thousand times…. YES,” she captioned the post, alongside a red heart emoji and tagging Dominic’s Instagram handle.
