Aiane practices muay thai three times a week, which helps her stay in fighting form, she revealed to Jornal de Brasília. “Not only that, muay thai helps in motor coordination and reflex, to have more concentration and to de-stress. It’s also great for reducing anxiety and insomnia,” she said. “Starting the week the way I love, exercising… Tell me how you started yours?” she captioned a post from one of her sessions.
A fitness influencer, Aiane has her own workout method. However, she also does a lot of other sweat-inducing exercises. “My days are better when I exercise. Besides muay thai, I do a little bit of everything,” she told Jornal de Brasília. That includes bodybuilding, beach tennis, soccer on the beach and CrossFit.
“Eating well and healthy has become a habit,” she added to Jornal de Brasília. “I even follow a food plan that my wonderful nutritionist, Dani Borges, gave me. It is worth mentioning that, as I have a hectic routine of travel and work, I cannot always follow this plan to the letter, which I do not see as a big problem, as I always try to choose healthier foods.”
Aiane eats healthy most of the time, but allows herself to cheat on occasion. “I always choose to live a full life, what would we be at TPM without a chocolate, right?” she told Jornal de Brasília. “It’s all about balance.”
Aiane doesn’t believe that exercise has to be lonely. She is all about workout buddies. “Tag your friends to do this training with you,” she captioned a post of herself and some pals taking a group fitness class together.
