Is there a new reality TV couple blossoming? While “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Meghan King and “The Bachelorette” alum Mike Johnson claim to only be friends, they didn’t try to hide the chemistry between them at the iHeartRadio Music Festival last week. King, 37, even posted about their night out on Instagram in a post and in her Story.
King Found A “New Fave” While In Las Vegas
King posted a photo of the two on the red carpet calling Johnson her “new fave” in the caption. “Look who I found at @iheartradio festival in Vegas! @mike_johnson is my new fave!” Johnson commented on the post, “😂😂😂😂😂.” Other responses to the photo included, “You two are adorable together 🔥🙌😍,” “He’s so freakin hot! What a lucky girl!,” and “Plz date 🙏.” Looks like King’s followers are ready for a new romance for the “RHOC” alum.
Johnson, 34, also posted a photo of the two while being interviewed on the red carpet on his Instagram Story. While he has not posted anything more about their chance meeting, many onlookers have seen the story unfold in Vegas.
Johnson And King Were Super Cozy At The Strip Club Together
The two were also seen being super flirtatious at the Las Vegas strip club Crazy Horse 3 on Thursday night. They were spotted holding hands and sitting super close together, and at one point, King was even sitting on Johnson’s lap. A source told Us Weekly about the reality star’s encounter. “They acted like no one else was around them. Meghan was sitting on Mike’s lap for the majority of the night. He was very touchy-feely with her,” the source said.
TMZ reported that the two left the club together at 1 am holding hands. Sources told TMZ that the two reality stars went to the club together as part of her podcast that they are doing together, have claimed nothing romantic is happening, and that they are just good friends working together.
King Intends To Keep Her Dating Life Off Social Media From Now On
The reality star has been open about her dating life and the fact that she intends to keep it on the downlow from now on. During a recent visit to the “The Tamron Hall Show,” King said, “I’m done putting relationships on social media. I don’t want to be defined by them.” She also explained, “You Google my name and you see all these relationships, I’m done with that. I think, most of the time when I date, my life intimidates people.” She did admit that she is currently dating, but wouldn’t go into any details on that, and said “no names will be named.”
The Question Remains: Is There A New Couple On The Horizon?
King is mom to three, twin son Hayes and Hart, 5, and daughter Aspen, 3, with ex-husband Jim Edmonds. King and the former baseball player divorced after five years of marriage in late 2019. Not long after her divorce was finalized in May 2021, she married Cuffe Biden Owens, but that short marriage ended up being annulled the following July. And now the question on everyone’s mind – is a new relationship brewing with Johnson, or are the two actually just flirty friends working together?
