One thing D’Errico does to stay in shape is box. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself sparring outdoors with her trainer at the beach. D’Errico loves to go hiking. Sometimes, she has a companion with her. She posted this video on Instagram of herself hiking in Fryman Canyon with her dog, Blossom. She captioned the video, “Blossom did good for her first time hiking.”
D’Errico is open about being on a vegan diet. “The vegan alternatives for meat and cheese are so much better now than they used to be,” she says to FOX News. “And you don’t miss it. It’s so easy to switch over. But if it’s too hard to do that, try it in baby steps like with meatless Mondays. Take a week at a time. There are so many tasty alternatives out there to make it easier. And before you know it, you won’t miss it.”
D’Errico has been subjected to criticism over the years. However, she has no time for it. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself in a bikini, and called out people who didn’t think she should wear it in the caption. “Quite a few women complained about the 4th of July video I posted in a red white & blue bikini because they thought I was ‘classier than that’ and ‘too old to wear a bikini’ and, my favorite, ‘desperate’. Let me tell you something that might surprise you. I can actually wear and do literally whatever I want.”
