Model, WAG, and reality star, Nicole Williams English has never been afraid of showing off her body. She is a model for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit after all. Nicole just shared a carousel post of some of her recent activities on Instagram. In one photo, she enjoyed a sunset by the pool. She wore a black bikini, and looked amazing. One of Nicole’s favorite workouts is Pilates. She talked about it in the caption of this Instagram video. “The best workout to get your body long and lean 💪🏼 I’ve never really loved working working out but Pilates really makes it fun and I see instant results…Plus I love getting on Thalia’s nerves 😜 @thesomahouse (tap video to see in full). Nicole shared some of her workout secrets in an interview with Pretty Little Thing. She says that while she doesn’t always enjoy working out, she makes sure to do it on a regular basis. “Honestly, I’m like most people, I hate working out! But when I do I feel great and it motivates me. I also love to help others by sharing my workouts. Thankfully I have good genetics so I’m very slim and I hardly gain weight.”


As you can see from her Instagram post, Nicole has an amazing set of abs. Naturally, she does a lot of ab workouts. She tells Pretty Little Thing, “I like to train to keep my stomach tight and to keep weight on other areas. I do light weights and a lot of ab workouts and squats.”


One type of workout that Nicole does on a regular basis is weight training. “I’m more into light weights,” she says to Pretty Little Thing. “I like to keep a strong lean build. Strong legs and butt are what I work on the most. I’ve never really liked Yoga… I like to move and do different things because I get bored fast and cardio is the devil lol.”


Nicole is open about being vegan. She even cooks vegan meals for her family. In this YouTube video with Public Lives, Secret Recipes, Nicole makes vegan sausages. According to Rush University Medical Center, being a vegan can have a lot of health benefits. “Research has shown that a vegan diet can help do the following: Promote weight loss. Reduce your risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol levels. Lower your chances of getting certain types of cancer, such as colon cancer. Manage diabetes by lowering A1C levels.”
