CBS weatherman Rob Marciano has dropped $1.2 million on a New York home in the suburbs that features private beach access after scoring a gig at the network.
Rob, 56, scored the job in October 2024 after his alleged firing from ABC over anger management issues in April.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal Rob has purchased a new home for $1,201,000 on November 15, 2024, according to property records.
The abode is considered a mansion, as records show he paid a $12,010 mansion tax.
The 1,745-square-foot home boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The house has hardwood floors throughout.

The living room boasts a fireplace and a large picture window that looks out to the landscaped backyard and patio.
The eat-in kitchen features marble countertops and backsplash, as well as stainless steel appliances.
The primary suite on the same floor has a walk-in closet and a modern bathroom with dual sinks.
Also on the level is a bathroom, attached garage and laundry room.
The second floor has the remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The seaside mansion has access to a dock and private beach.
Rob had been living in a 2,000-square-foot apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for $3,250 a month.
He moved into the apartment in 2021 after his split from his ex-wife Eryn.
The ex-couple sold their marital mansion in Rye, New York, on July 1, 2022.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home sold for $2.7million.
MOVING ON
The home purchase comes after The U.S. Sun obtained exclusive photos of Rob house hunting in Westchester County in October 2024.
Rob could be seen walking to and from his car to check out a sprawling home in the New York suburb, which is not the home he purchased.
The weatherman dressed casually for the outing in a polo shirt and blue jeans with a baseball cap.
Rob was seen with his real estate agent ex-wife while touring the home, as they appear to be on good terms while co-parenting their two children Madelynn, 12, and Mason, 6.
Though Eryn was not listed as an agent for the home sale, her company represented Rob.
ROB’S DIVORCE
Eryn filed for divorce from Rob on June 18, 2021 after 11 years of marriage.
They finalized their divorce on January 5, 2023.
The divorce also handled custody, as a lawyer was appointed for their children in January 2022, according to the online docket.
Eryn has moved on with someone new, as she debuted her boyfriend on social media earlier this year.

WORK ALLEGATIONS
Rob’s new job at CBS News comes after his firing from ABC in April 2024.
His exit reportedly had to do with “anger management issues,” according to The New York Post.
Before the firing, Rob had reportedly been temporarily banned from the ABC studios, as he instead reported from various locations to cover the weather.
Multiple sources told PageSix he was banned from ABC Studios after he “made a female colleague feel uncomfortable.”
One insider claimed to the outlet before the firing, “He was found to have done something… that was improper, but he was punished for it, and they still haven’t let him return.”
A second source told the outlet, “He made people feel uncomfortable. There was a period where there were some issues, a number of alarming events.”
The sources didn’t name the colleague or expand on what had happened between the two.
However, a second source did say that he had behavioral problems while going through his divorce from Eryn.
“There were times when [Rob] was very cranky and angry… unsavory behavior on his part,” a source said.
Rob did not respond to the allegations at the time.
