Mark Ghanime as Cameron – NOT RETURNING
Smith confirmed to TVLine that Mark Ghanime will not be back as Cameron in season 7, at least in a regular capacity. It sounds like there’s a potential for him to make guest appearances though.
“I love Mark, who plays Cameron, and I love the character of Cameron,” Smith said. “He will always be a part of the world, and I would love to see his character back, but he won’t be a series regular in Season 7, unfortunately.”
He added, “I would love and can definitely imagine several opportunities of how we could bring Cameron back into our world.”
SPOILERS: Mark makes a brief appearance as Cameron in season six to bring closure to the end of his relationship with Muriel.
