Netflix has announced that Beyoncé will perform tracks from her album during halftime of the NFL’s X-mas game between the Ravens and Texans.

Streaming wars are heating up again, and the current battle is bringing live sports to streaming services over traditional television. Last weekend, Netflix delivered its first live sports event, featuring Jake Paul boxing Mike Tyson.

The event reportedly reached 60 million homes, proving that subscribers are here for the addition of sports at no additional cost.

According to a press release, Netflix is going all in and delivering a special present to its subscribers on Christmas Day. Netflix’s upcoming Christmas Day game between the Texans and Ravens will feature a halftime show from Beyoncé.

The Christmas Day NFL game will be streamed live from NRG Stadium, which is located in Beyoncé’s hometown of Houston.

Netflix kept performance details under wraps but revealed a few featured artists from Cowboy Carter will join Bey. Jesse Collins and Parkwood Entertainment will produce the Queen’s halftime show.

Netflix adds that with this Beyoncé performance, the NFL kicks off what is expected to be a new holiday tradition as the streaming giant has announced NFL games for 2025 and 2026.

Plan your Christmas Day accordingly, as the event will kick off at 4:30 p.m. EST. If you do not have Netflix, the game will also air on television in the featured team’s cities.

The game will follow Kansas City facing Pittsburgh at 1 p.m. EST.
