Dollar Tree’s aisles are a treasure trove of incredible deals on cosmetics and beauty products. But even if an item is barely distinguishable from a more expensive name-brand version, the quality of its ingredients should still be something you consider before buying. Fortunately, there are still plenty of great Dollar Tree products that you can feel good about using—if you know what to look for. Read on for the Dollar Tree beauty and self-care products that actually have clean ingredients.

While it’s always important to know what’s in the cosmetics and beauty products you’re using, reading the ingredients label on most products can be baffling unless you have a master’s degree in chemistry.
However, in a recent video, TikToker Trinity Orahood investigates items at her local Dollar Tree using the popular Yuka app to pinpoint the ones with the fewest potentially hazardous components.
The first item she scans in the video is an eye serum from Global Beauty Care, which she points out as having a decently high score on the app.
“It contains hyaluronic acid, cucumber, and caffeine and rates a 93 out of 100,” she points out.

Besides daily brushing and flossing and regular trips to the dentist, making your teeth look their best can get a lot easier with the right whitening products.
Orahood comes across a few options at Dollar Tree, including the Ultimate White brand strip; all three varieties of the products she scans rate 86 out of 100 on the app.

Some of the best beauty finds are the ones you can repurpose. An essential Arm & Hammer item available at Dollar Tree does just that—and even better, you don’t have to worry about the ingredients.
“[TikTok influencer] Nina Pool put me on to this talc-free foot powder,” Orahood says. “She uses it as a matte setting powder, and it rates 86 out of 100 on Yuka.”

In the same vein, baby products deserve an extra level of attention when it comes to how clean and safe they are. Thankfully, you can still get a good deal on a daily necessity like Fisher Price Baby Wipes while keeping this in mind.
According to Orahood, the app gives the standby product a perfect 100 out of 100.

As the one product everyone uses at least twice a day, it’s important to pay attention to the types of toothpaste you’re using. And just because it’s being used to clean your teeth doesn’t mean it can’t be “clean” itself.
“This Hello Flouride Free toothpaste rates 93 out of 100 [on Yuka],” says Orahood. “Keep in mind this is a $5 item—however, this is one of the few toothpastes I’ve found that rates this excellent.”
