The former NFL star took his girls to Disneyland in California to mark the special day.

The TV presenter, who films GMA in New York, was noticeably off-air today as he celebrated with his daughters Sophia and Isabella.

The girls were also treated to a cream frosted cake and celebrated with their close friends, who joined them in a luxury limo.

The sisters then posed for a sweet family photo alongside their TV star dad and his partner Kayla, who he has been dating since 2015.

The doting dad posted a birthday tribute, writing: “Happy Birthday to my baby girls, Isabella and Sophia.

“Can’t believe how fast 20 years have passed.

“Loved celebrating at Disney and looking to celebrate many many more my loves!! Love you.”

Michael has been open about his Isabella’s health.

Shortly after heading to USC for her freshman year, Isabella started experiencing concerning headaches and was later diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumor.

“That’s when I definitely noticed headaches, nausea, couldn’t walk straight,” Isabella said while speaking with GMA host Robin Roberts in January.

But Isabella took to social media to share a huge life update in August.

Isabella shared a post of her and her mom, Jean Muggli, around the university’s campus.

Isabella, who lost her hair from chemotherapy treatments over the past year, wore sunglasses on her head, a white tank top, and jean shorts.

“Back at USC,” she wrote over the video in the school’s signature colors of red and gold.

Isabella Strahan Cancer Journey

Isabella Strahan started experiencing headaches and nausea shortly after starting her freshman year at the University of Southern California in fall 2023.

She was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumor, and began chemotherapy treatment.

Isabella appeared with her dad, Michael Strahan, on Good Morning America in January to reveal her diagnosis.

After had her last round of chemo in mid-June and was able to “ring the bell.”

She declared in July that she was officially cancer-free.

Isabella returned to USC in August 2024 to continue her studies.

KICK IT, CANCER!

The update comes just weeks after Michael’s daughter declared she was cancer-free.

Isabella shared a YouTube vlog titled Goodbye Hospital, where she said she had beaten brain cancer roughly eight months after being diagnosed.

“Everything was clear. Cancer-free and everything is great. I don’t have another doctor’s appointment until October,” she said.

Isabella had been documenting her cancer journey on the platform, giving followers updates on her chemotherapy journey and many surgeries.

She informed fans that she had her last chemo treatment in mid-June and said she was “grateful.”

“After the wildest 8 months, I finally got to ring the bell. Grateful for my journey,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

Shortly after, the 19-year-old was glowing in the Bahamas during a trip with her twin sister, Sophia.

Isabella shared a photo of the two siblings standing by a pool, as well as one of her posing in a bikini.

“Happy here,” she declared in the caption.

Sophia has constantly shown support for her sister during her cancer battle — even attending Duke University’s Shave and Buzz fundraiser earlier this year in honor.
