As you can see from her Instagram post, Ora likes to do Pilates to stay in shape. This is a great workout to stay in shape. ACE Fitness says, “Pilates — once a niche strength, mobility, and recovery technique for dancers — has gone mainstream. The low-intensity, muscle-strengthening workout can promote flexibility, mobility, and posture. What’s more, it can set your body up to complete other more intense strength-training safely. ‘It helps to work on smaller muscle groups, stabilizing muscle groups, and the core — the muscles in our trunk,’ says Heather Milton, CSCS, a board-certified clinical exercise physiologist with NYU Langone Health in New York City. Building those muscles can help you complete everyday tasks more easily, and lower your risk of injury, she says.”

Ora shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with Shape. She says that circuit training is a staple for her. “I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

Ora shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with Cosmopolitan. She says that one of her biggest secrets is watching her portions. “I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half,” Ora explained. “So if I want a burger I’ll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I’ll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries, then I won’t have a burger to go with them.”

Ora makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her favorite foods in her Cosmopolitan interview. “I travel a lot so it’s hard to have a regime,” Ora said. “I have smoothies in the morning. I also have eggs – I’m a pro at breakfast. For lunch I’ll have some salmon and chicken and for dinner I love truffle! I’ll have broccoli pasta, truffle pasta or pizza.”

Ora isn’t concerned with what her body looks like. “I’m not going to lie and say I was completely happy with my body before,” she said to Shape. “I knew I could change a few things to improve my stamina, especially onstage. I didn’t start working out to get skinnier—I started working out to feel better. And I think it’s important for women to know that. Don’t be obsessed with being thin. You just have to be fit, healthy, and strong.”
