Nabela Noor in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "PCOS-Friendly Workout"

Nabela Noor is getting a workout in – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the influencer and home guru shows off her curves in a two-piece set. “my favorite moments from this morning 🥹🤍 aveena took her first steps, i started the day with a slow and steady hormone & cortisol balancing, PCOS friendly workout, & the girls + i tackled some home tasks before getting ready for my work day. 🏠 how was your day?” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Nabela loves playing tennis. “6 more months to make 2024 the year you decided to go for it – to try new things, explore new hobbies, take a leap of faith into your wellness journey or finally put yourself first. Imagine your dream girl, now go be her. 🫶🏽💕” she captioned a post from the tennis court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. “While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding,” they say.

Nabela is all about meal prep. “some #pocketsofpeace from my morning: training sessions, @bloomsupps , meal prep for the week ahead, nap time wind down, a quick laser appointment, before getting ready for meetings and a day in the office,” she captioned a post.

Another go-to workout of Nabela’s? Pilates, she revealed in a post. She does her pilates workout at a studio on a reformer with a trainer. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Nabela shares messages of self-love and acceptance. “If you’ve ever felt judged for being plus in the gym, or for wearing tight workout gear on your body, say this with me: 🗣 I WILL PROUDLY WORK ON MY WELLNESS JOURNEY! I WILL PROUDLY WEAR WHAT I WANT AND NOT LET OTHERS SHAME ME!” she captioned a post. “You can wear the leggings. You can wear the sports bras. You can own your gym routines. ⁣You can do and be anything you believe you are worthy of doing and being. ⁣So do what you want and be who you know can be. And let them talk as you boldly live.”

Nabela relies on regular strength and weight training workouts, like she does in her recent videos. Squats, lunges, and light weights are all part of her routine. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills
