Paulina Gretzky in Two-Piece Workout Gear Poses With Dad Wayne

Paulina Gretzky is spending time with her dad – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a crop top and shorts as she sits with her dad, legendary NHL star Wayne Gretzky, while outside. “The GOAT!” commented one of her followers, while another added, “beauuuuty.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Paulina puts most of her healthy focus on her diet. While she admits that she is “blessed with incredible genes” she practices discipline when it comes to her diet. “But it’s really 70-percent diet and 30-percent working out,” she told Golf Digest.

Paulina is flexible when it comes to workout methods. “It’s all about fitting in some exercise wherever you are,” she says. “I used to run every day, and I absolutely loved it. It was like meditation for me. I also loved kickboxing. What really kept me in great shape was dancing. Lately, I’ve been constantly on the go, so I don’t get to run much anymore. Now I’m doing workout videos every day. If you don’t want to go to the gym and would rather work out alone, all you have to do is find a workout on YouTube,” she told Golf Digest.

Paulina eats healthy most of the time, but indulges on occasion. “It’s as simple as Everything in Moderation. I’ll eat pizza and cheeseburgers, but I won’t do it every day,” she told Golf Digest.

Paulina loves to hit the court and play tennis. “Same time next week,” she captioned a series of snaps. Tennis blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. “While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility, and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding,” says ACE Fitness.

Along with her husband, Dustin Johnson, a golfer, and her father, Wayne, Paulina spends a lot of time golfing. Why is it a good workout? A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf’s health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
