The Australian native is known for her bizarre and barely-there outfits.
Over the weekend, Bianca, 29, was spotted leaving Melrose Tanning Company in Los Angeles.
The Yeezy architect tried to keep a low profile with a camo-patterned hat with an American flag on it that kept photographers from capturing her full face.
She kept her shoulder-length black hair away from her face.
However, Bianca went totally braless underneath a thin, sheer long-sleeved top and beige underwear.
She had on snake-skin heels as well.
Kanye West‘s wife was also seen carrying her phone and car keys while ignoring the paparazzi and stepping into her huge luxe SUV.
