SHANNEN Doherty filed to officially divorce from ex Kurt Iswarienko and terminate her request for spousal support just one day before her death.
In a court filing submitted and signed by Shannen on Friday, the star submitted to the court that she and her ex were proceeding with their divorce as uncontested, and they were jointly filing a declaration for default of dissolution of their marriage.
“This matter is proceeding as an uncontested action,” the filing read.
Shannen, who passed away on Saturday at 53, after a battle with breast cancer, also noted that she was waiving her right to spousal support, which was previously a main focal point in their contentious divorce.
“I knowingly give up forever any right to receive spousal or partner support,” the document signed by Shannen read.
It also further stated that both parties were asking the court to terminate any support for either.
