Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have publicly listed their Beverly Hills, California mansion for sale amid months of speculation about the status of their relationship.

The 12-room, 24-bathroom, 38,000-square-foot estate is selling for $68 million, according to a public listing posted on Thursday. The listing advertised several luxurious amenities, such as basketball and pickleball courts, a boxing ring, a sports lounge and a bar.

The estate was “recently renovated with the highest level of quality within the last 4 months,” the post adds.

News of the listing came a month after People magazine, citing an unnamed source, reported that the couple had quietly put their house they’ve shared since 2023 on the market.

Affleck has been living in a separate rental for several months, a source told the publication.

Representatives for Lopez and Affleck did not immediately return a request for comment.

Lopez and Affleck reportedly spent the Fourth of July weekend apart, further fanning the flames of their rumored split. Affleck was photographed in Los Angeles during the holiday, while Lopez was seen separately in the Hamptons, in Long Island, New York.

The celebrity couple delighted fans by rekindling their romance, after their first engagement in the early 2000s. The pair wed in 2022.

But after weeks of not being seen in public together in the spring — and Lopez’ recent vacation in Europe sans Affleck — fans have continued to speculate that their marriage is on the rocks.

Lopez did nothing to quell those rumors when she dedicated a Father’s Day post to Affleck in an Instagram Story last month.

The “Can’t Get Enough” singer notably posted a black-and-white image of her husband, a still from his 2001 film “Pearl Harbor,” instead of a current photo of him.

“Couldn’t even use a real picture of him either, pulled a google image of him from pearl harbor film,” one social media user contended at the time.
