It’s official – Johnny Manziel and Josie Canseco have gone public with their relationship.
The former Cleveland Browns quarterback was spotted with the model over the weekend while at Stagecoach in Indio, California. The two were seen dancing and enjoying Morgan Wallen’s headlining performance.
Manziel also posted photos of him and his friends enjoying Wallen’s performance of his hit track “Ain’t That Some,” as well as a photo of himself and Canseco staring lovingly into each other’s eyes. Canseco shared a snapshot of her embracing Manziel in the festival’s crowd.
While it remains unclear when they started dating, Johnny Manziel and Josie Canseco fueled romance rumors earlier this month when the former NFL player was apparently seen in a photo Canseco posted on Instagram.
She was showing off her new sneakers while putting her feet on someone who appeared to have hand tattoos similar to Manziel’s ink.
The relationship with Canseco comes less than three years after Johnny Manziel finalized his divorce from Bre Tiesi. The former couple married in a private ceremony in March 2018 two years after they started dating.
However, Us Weekly reported that one year into their marital bliss, The couple experienced some issues. Tiesi accused Manziel of cheating in a series of Instagram comments. Manziel later confirmed his split from Tiesi in a statement to TMZ Sports.
“This is all very, very personal and very sad,” Johnny Manziel stated at the time. “I appreciate everyone who has been so supportive both of us and I would just ask that everyone respect our privacy at this difficult time. My hope is to put my head down and be allowed to focus on work and what is required of me on the football field.”

Following the split, Tiesi was linked to Nick Cannon and had the TV present’s eighth child, Legendary Love.
During an episode of the Ya Neva Know: You Know What I Mean? podcast in 2020, Johnny Manziel opened up about his divorce from Bre Tiesi and how the split changed his life.
“I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for my relationship and getting married,” Manziel shared. “I wouldn’t have the same attitude towards everything else if I wouldn’t have gone through the divorce and stuff, too. If I wouldn’t have gone through that with Bre. 100% there’s no chance.”
Johnny Manziel also pointed out that he wouldn’t be where he was if it wasn’t for his ex.
“She helped me grow to where I needed to be,” he continued. “And it got to a point where I’m cool, finally, for the first time, picking myself up, looking in the mirror, and being cool with me for the first time in a long, long time and that’s where a lot of the mental stuff comes from.”
