If you aren’t following Sarah Nicole Landry on Instagram, you might want to look the influencer up.

Better known as The Bird’s Papaya, the content creator regularly shares body-positivity content and has gained over 2.3 million followers as she promotes self-love online.

However, the mum of teens and a toddler has recently go viral for barring all in her bikini, in a stunning selfie – which showed off her cellulite and stretch marks.

The natural beauty posed for the mirror selfie in a pastel yellow bikini that highlighted her hair and curvy frame.

As the light peaked through the blind, her dappled skin glowed with the soft sunlight emphasizing her stomach, cellulite and stretch marks.

In the caption, Sarah told fans: “I never saw myself in the angels that walked the runways or the girls on the modelling shows.

“I mean, be a teenager in the 2000s and it’ll get ya,” she explained, adding: “So no, I never saw stretch marks or cellulite in ads or online.

“It has taken me years to continue to detach myself from the image of others. From the runways and TV shows. From the billions of people who walk this earth with me,” she confessed, sharing that she even felt anxious when seeing other plus size women without stretch marks.

She ended the post encouraging women to focus on loving their own bodies as they change over time, writing: “How freeing it is to be just the reflection of yourself. To relate, sure. But to honour the ebb and flow with others.”

It’s not the first time that the mum for women to accept their ‘imperfect bodies’ as they are.

The content creator is doing her bit to normalise stretch marks and cellulite, by posting photos of herself confidently showing off her belly on Instagram.

As the reel played, Sarah struck several poses in her black underwear and proudly flaunted her tummy in her bathroom.

Hitting back at the pressure for women to snap back after giving birth, she wrote in the caption: “[Men] probably hear they have a hot dad bod while the mom bods who had an actual baby are told to bounce back.”

Unsurprisingly, the clap back post has received over 23,000 likes with many other women agreeing with Sarah’s point.

One even wrote: “Lol love that for us. “Dad bods” are so glorified while the bodies of mothers who create, carry, and deliver human life are dismissed as a lack of self-care.”

Others gushed about the mum’s appearance, telling her that she looked ‘beautiful’ and Sarah had made them feel more confident.

Another added: “I’m far from confident, but I’m getting there, and it’s following your page and seeing a body that looks like mine, that is normal and beautiful and worthy of happiness and love.”

“Thank you so much for being brave for all of us women with normal bodies!! It may seem like a small thing to some, but to me, this is so huge!!”

Whilst we love the influencer’s post, it’s another timely reminder that we all need to be a bit kinder to ourselves.
