SHERRI Shepherd has worked hard in the gym to achieve her new physique, and doesn’t miss an opportunity to flaunt her results.
Sherri, 56, shed a massive amount of weight in recent years, totally transforming her body.
On Friday, the Sherri talk show host uploaded a video on Instagram of her in her at-home gym in a stylish athleisure ensemble.
The comedian had on an orange sports bra that bared her toned abs, along with red loose-fitting pants and green crocs.
Nike Pro shorts appeared to be beneath her pants since the band of the shorts was visible.
Sherri jazzed up her look with a bit of natural glam.

In the clip, her arm fell through the gymnastic rings in the gym as she tried to pose against them.
Sherri joked in her caption: “When you think you are cute & it goes haywire…”
Fans raved over her fit figure in her comment section.
“You’re looking BOMB,” one fan complimented.

PUTTING IN WORK
The View alum showed off an intense workout in a montage video last month.
The snippet began with Sherri doing sit-ups on a workout bench with hefty dumbbells in her hands, wearing a skintight black tank top and shorts.
After a video transition, a photo of the TV personality posing in a red sports bra, black sweats, and boots came into the frame.
Sherri’s toned abs and muscular arms were prominent.
Not only did her body appear much slimmer, but so did her face.
Other pics included in the clip featured Sherri in full glam, sporting a snug long-sleeve pink dress and matching knee-high boots.
“2024! Going in strong. This year I want to make my body follow where my mind tells it to go,” she captioned.
“Get discipline to be as natural as breathing and of course, love will follow. And I know you hear me! Fifty what!!!”

The actress lost 46 pounds in 2020, possibly more, and has been working to keep it off ever since.
She has been documenting her journey on Instagram while remaining transparent with her fans.
Since then, Sherri’s been showing off her trim figure.
Her fitness journey includes cooking healthy snacks, going on detox diets, jumping rope, and engaging in other healthy activities.
