Kostek opened up about her diet and approach to eating on her Instagram stories. She revealed that she doesn’t pay attention to the calories in her food. Rather, she focuses on what’s in her food. “I have been living this way for years,” she wrote. “I don’t count calories, I count chemicals. It’s always been my goal to eat as clean as possible as much as possible. Making meals/snacks/drinks with ingredients I know and understand.”
Kostek’s approach to dieting means that she has to avoid certain foods. She revealed on her Instagram stories that she doesn’t eat meat, gluten, and other things. “I am vegetarian,” she wrote. “Lately working to be mostly dairy free to see how this will greatly change my body/mind. I only buy gluten free options for my home. When I’m out I order the gluten free option there. If it’s not available and I’m truly craving the gluten… I’ll eat it and enjoy it”
Kostek and her boyfriend, NFL star, Rob Gronkowski, are extremely busy with their careers. However, they make time to unwind together. Kostek tells Us Weekly that the two love to go on spa dates together. “Rob and I are always on the go in our careers, so having a day in the week dedicated to a date at the spa is one of the best ways for us to relax together. It’s a nice space to clear our bodies and minds from all of the people and places we encounter day in and day out.”
Kostek tells Us Weekly that she prioritizes self-care. She says that she likes to do a lot of things at home to help her unwind. “I like to meditate, take baths at home with essential oils and salts and write in a journal,” she says. “I like to write down affirmations and manifestations and usually before bed, I turn on meditative music. It puts me in a lost mind state to be free of stress and thought.”
Kostek admits to Us Weekly that there are times when she doubts herself. However, she says that she works on accepting herself at all times to help herself get through it. “There is only one you and that is your power. Accepting all that you are will lead you to live your best life and will allow you to be free and your true authentic self.”
