FANS have become shocked over the terrifying photo from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia actor Rob McElhenney.
The commotion started when Rob, 46, took to Instagram and shared throwback photos from the past year.

In the throwback collection, the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star shared a behind-the-scenes photo from the Season 16 premiere.
During the installment, Mac (Rob) suffered a harsh peanut allergy that disfigured his face.
At the beginning of the episode, his lips started to swell and became rounder in size.
Towards the end, the right side of Mac’s face becomes unrecognizable and horrendously swollen.

Fans jumped to the comments section after becoming distracted by the gross makeup effects in Rob’s snapshot.
One fan said: “I can’t tell if that’s legit or makeup!”

WREXHAM
Among the collection, the TV star also shared a snapshot of himself with Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds.
The two became co-owners of the Welsh soccer team, Wrexham AFC, in November 2020.
They are expected to suffer a major financial loss after pumping nearly $300,00 on a temporary stadium at the Racecourse Ground.
Executive Director Humphrey Ker will oversee the building of a new stand – which is scheduled to be ready for the 2024-25 season.
‘LOVING IT’
In an interview with The Athletic, Humphrey spoke about the famous stars and said: “Rob and Ryan are definitely loving it as much as ever.
“To me, that’s because the way we are doing football club ownership is in an extremely fun way.
He continued: “Yes, it comes with a huge amount of responsibility and pressure, plus all the other things that come with being the custodians of this historic club.
“But we are also in this extraordinary position of being a genuinely unique club in world football because of the level of interest that comes from outside sources and from people who would usually never pay the slightest attention to football.”
The executive director went on: “That arms you with an incredible level of resources, frankly, and allows you to be ambitious and expansive — and do things like building the temporary stand at the Kop end.”
He concluded: “There is probably no other club in the country who could go, ‘Yeah, we’ll lose a tonne of money doing what is, on a business level, a pretty stupid thing to do, but let’s do it anyway because we can get more people into the stadium.'”
