The contestants were Mira Sorvino (Oscar winner, star of Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion) Adam Rodriguez (CSI: Miami and Magic Mike XL) and Peter Schrager (Fox Sports commentator).
Host Ken Jennings, 49, read the clue under the category: “Oh Brother.”
It read: “These NFL siblings made history in 2023 by being the first brothers to compete against each other in the Super Bowl.”
Sportscaster Schrager buzzed in with the correct response: “The Kelce brothers.”
Travis, 34, is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, while Jason, 35, is a center for the Philadelphia Eagles.
‘I AM SCREAMING’
One fan reacted on X: “The Kelce brothers were an answer on jeopardy tonight…wild.”
Another wrote: “THE FACT THAT TRAVIS KELCE WAS AN ANSWER TONIGHT ON JEOPARDY. I AM SCREAMING. THE SWIFTIES HAVE INFILTRATED.”
A third wrote: “Celebrity Jeopardy ‘Who are the Kelce Brothers?!'”
A fourth wrote: “And of course Peter Schrager gets it….!!! Good thing too. If he misses that one, he never hears the end of it….”
A fifth wrote: “I saw it so exciting.” While a sixth knocked: “Who are the most overexposed brothers in the US?”
It’s unclear if the question was written recently given the Hollywood strikes.
Nightly Jeopardy! has relied on recycled material this season, given its writers were off the board.
But Celebrity Jeopardy! consists of fresh material written pre-strikes, so the clue may have been written last year and been a coincidence – or not.
Mira Sorvino – unfazed from her DWTS loss just one day earlier – won the episode with a giant $12,000 bet on Final Jeopardy!.
‘VERY CHARMING YOUNG WOMAN’
Taylor and Travis have gone from strength to strength since their first public display of affection at the SNL afterparty, holding hands, [seen above] on October 14.
On Sunday, October 22, the pop singer made another appearance cheering for the tight end during his game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Taylor was spotted in the player’s box standing next to Brittany Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Taylor also looked shocked as Travis fell during the game, which resulted in a field of memes.
After the game on Sunday, which marked another win for Chiefs, Travis’ dad Ed Kelce spoke to PEOPLE about getting to know the Karma singer.
Ed recalled attending an earlier game together and how polite Taylor was.
Ed called Taylor: “a very, very sweet, very charming, down-to-earth young woman.”
“I’ll tell you something very special that I noticed about Taylor the first time I met her.”
“We’re sitting in the suite, she gets up and in the front room, she gets up to go get a drink or something and she starts picking up empty bottles, cans, plates that are scattered around.
“Because in the suites everybody gets stuff and you empty it down wherever you can.”
Ed continued, “And I’m just thinking, I don’t think she got the diva memo. She didn’t get the spoiled musician.
She doesn’t know how to pull that off. And that really to me said a whole lot.”
