Lopez has a busy schedule. However, she always makes time to get a quick workout in. She tells UsWeekly that she usually works out first thing in the morning. “I don’t like doing it later,” she says. “It’s harder to get there when I have my day going already. I work out three or four times a week.”
Lopez tells UsWeekly that she likes to do different things to stay in shape. She tells UsWeekly that she even has two different trainers that she works out with. “When I’m in New York, I work out with David Kirsch — he’s an amazing trainer. When I’m in L.A., I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body.”
Lopez has amazing skin, and is usually sporting a tan. However, said tan is not from the sun. She tells UsWeekly that one thing she does to take care of her skin is getting as little sun as possible. “I’m rarely in the sun,” she says. “But if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen. I’ve never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself.”
Lopez makes sure to wash her face. She tells Hello! Magazine that she always does so after she has a long day or a workout. “I always, always wash my face after a workout. That helps keep my pores clean and my skin feeling healthy. Then I’ll usually put on moisturiser and sunscreen, with maybe a little make-up if I’m going out, or moisturiser and eye cream if it’s the evening.”
One thing Lopez does to stay in shape is dance. She started her career as one of the “Fly Girl” dancers, and is known for her intricate choreography in performances and videos. “I am 100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy,” she says to Hello! Magazine. “Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness.”
