STEPHANIE Buttermore is the fiancee of science-based bodybuilder Jeff Nippard.
She is a science expert herself though and she uses her background as a cancer research scientist to educate people on fitness. Here's everything you need to know about her.
Life in academia
Stephanie was born on February 25, 1990, and grew up in Florida.
Her talent for science and biological research allowed her to study at the University of Central Florida, where she earned a BS Micro/Molecular Biology degree.
Then, earned two Masters in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida.
The first was in Women's Health and the second was in Pathology & Cell Biology.

Her academic career didn't stop there though.
Stephanie went on to get a PhD in Biomedical sciences, Pathology & Cell Biology, from the same university.
Much of her early career was spent working as a cancer research scientist, but she switched careers when her social media accounts began to explode in popularity.
A radical career switch
Stephanie started to share fitness tips online and on her YouTube channel, using the knowledge she'd gained through her studies.

When her tips began to go viral, she became a full-time fitness influencer.
On her website, she acknowledges that this is "bizarre" but says that "happiness and following my passion led her" to switch careers.
Stephanie creates training plans targeted on helping women get results and even has her own app for her customers to use.
Her YouTube channel now has 1.2 million subscribers and she has over 550,000 followers on Instagram as of October 2024.
Fitness-crazy couple
Stephanie's partner, Jeff Nippard, announced that the couple had gotten engaged in an adorable Instagram post, which he uploaded in November 2022.
In the caption, he explained how the fitness-crazy couple first met.
He said: "6 years ago I slid into @Stephanie_Buttermore's DMs and we immediately formed a friendship. We started Skyping for 3-4 hours every day for a month (no joke) until I went to visit her in Florida from Canada. Our first date was a shoulder workout and I will never forget it."
Two years on, the couple still haven't tied the knot but have jokingly referenced their long engagement.
Stephanie posted "Trying to come up with some vows for the wedding - what rhymes with 'bench press'" in May 2023.
