“Elektra Smoothie. A great and filling way for all superheroes - cape wearing or not - to start their day," Jennifer, 52, captioned the post on Tuesday.

The video is also a part of the actress's Pretend Cooking Show series.

In the clip posted to social media, the Marvel star is in what appears to be a man-made cave on the set of the Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds-led film Deadpool and Wolverine.

In the clip, the actress is seen adding berries and spinach, protein powder, and a few other ingredients.

After the entire smoothie has been blended to perfection, Jennifer takes one of her sais — a pointed melee weapon used in Chinese martial arts — and gives it a little stir before tasting it.

“Have a good day,” Jennifer says as the video ends.

For those looking to recreate the delicious-looking smoothie, Jennifer included the recipe in the video's caption.

"1 serving protein powder, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp chia seeds," the instructions read.

"1 Tbsp almond butter (if no one’s looking I use extra...), 1 cup almond milk, Handful of fresh spinach, Handful of ice [and a] Small handful of berries (please see almond butter, also true here ).”

Jennifer credits the discovery of the smoothie to celebrity health coach and best-selling author Kelly LeVeque.

Many fans flocked to the post's comment section.

"Does it have Elektralites," one user laughed.

"So awesome," a second person praised.

This is not the first time that Jennifer has shown off how she stays in shape while on the film's set.

In a post dated August 5, 2024, Jennifer can be seen doing several intense workouts to get back in fighting shape.

"Becoming Elektra," read the in-video text.

In the video, the Love Simon star can be seen undergoing extensive training in order to get back into the groove of her role which she portrayed in 2004.

"Other than trying to convince my kids’ preschool buddies that I was secretly a ninja, I hadn’t picked up Elektra’s sais since 2004," she wrote in a lengthy caption.

"I was fit, but not @marvel fit," she added.

Jennifer would later go on to thank Ryan and the film's director Shawn Levy.
