Demi, 61, stunned in a plunging white and black polka-dotted dress that flowed to her ankles, highlighting her incredible figure.

She paired it with black and white pointed-toe heels, black sunglasses, and her long dark locks falling down her back.

The actress posed for photos with her The Substance co-stars, Dennis Quaid, 70, and Margaret Qualley, 29 – and some with her tiny Chihuahua pup, Pilaf, whom she cradled in her arms.

Their film was one of the most buzzed about at the festival, receiving a 13-minute-long standing ovation at the screening, and high praise afterward from the crowd at the press conference.

The movie is dubbed as a body horror film about a substance that turns people into better, younger versions of themselves.

Demi plays a TV aerobics host who is booted from the gig for her age, but once she takes the drug, becomes a younger version of herself, played by Margaret.

DEMI ON HER LATEST ROLE

It was during this press conference that Demi opened up about why she chose the horror movie as her next project.

“I look for things that push me out of my comfort zone; the opportunity to make a better person and actor. This touched on so many themes that we all face, we seek validation and belonging,” the Ghost star explained.

“By doing [the movie] it takes us to extremes and allows us to step into it in a unique way.

“Through the process of the film, I think I came out with greater acceptance of myself than I am,” Demi added.

At one point during the sit down with the cast, a reporter asked the mom of three about being canceled in Hollywood at her age.

“I don’t think I share that perspective of being canceled,” the St. Elmo’s Fire star replied.

“My particular perception is that regardless of what is going on outside of you, the real issue is how you are relating to the issue.”

Demi went on, “What I love in what [the filmmaker] Coralie [Fargeat] wrote, as this is about the male perspective we bought into of women…even the newer, better version [of my character] gets the opportunity, but is still looking for the same validation.”

Dennis added about his co-star, “Forty is the age when women are put out to pasture, whereas men keep on going. I’m glad to see a subject like this that people are afraid to talk about…all these barriers are getting broken.”

Demi drew attention to her ageless beauty earlier this month when she walked the red carpet at the Met Gala donning a daring wallpaper look.

Through the process of the film, I think I came out with greater acceptance of myself than I am.

Her custom-made gown from British-American designer Harris Reed was created out of vintage archival wallpaper.

Many fans dubbed the producer the “best dressed” star of the evening, as she perfectly embodied this year’s theme, The Garden of Time.

One person wrote on X, formerly Twitter, “Demi Moore – forever an icon.”

Another added, “Demi Moore is officially best dressed of the night!”

STAYING CLOSE

Aside from her fashion sense, Demi is often admired for her extremely close family bond, including her ex-husband, Bruce Willis, 69, whom she divorced in 2000 after 13 years of marriage.

The exes often appear in photos together on social media with their adult daughters, Rumer, 35, Tallulah, 29, and Scout, 32.

They also recently became grandparents to Rumer’s first child, Louetta Isley Thomas Willis.

It brought a light to the family with Bruce’s declining health from frontotemporal dementia – a form of dementia that affects language and behavior.

The Die Hard actor has been leaning on those close to him, including his wife, Emma, and two young daughters, Evelyn and Mabel, since his diagnosis in March 2022.
