AMERICAN Pickers star Mike Wolfe purchased a stunning house in the small town of Columbia, Tennessee, and has been focused on restoring the historic home as new photos reveal the transformation.
Mike, 60, purchased the 3,166-square-foot house for $700,000 on May 20, 2022.
The brick home features three bathrooms, a basement, wooden deck, detached carport, cabana, utility building and more desirable amenities.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal after two years of owning the property, Mike has begun restoring the historic house.
In exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun, Mike extended the home’s entrance into a turret.
A turret is a small tower typically seen in castles.

The turret window has yet to be installed; a piece of wood is in its place.
The roof of the tower is also still under construction.
Mike also appears to have added an awning to the front porch area to provide shade.
MIKE’S UPDATE
Mike has been updating fans on the construction, as he posted a progress photo in June.
“We’ve been restoring this house in @visitcolumbia TN for a few years now. Were beyond Excited to finally start the process of installing Cupola on this 1873 Italianate,” Mike wrote on Instagram.
“This very historic part of the house has been missing for decades and I’m honored to be the one that brings it back to its original state.
“We will keep you up to date on the progress. Columbia has many historic districts to explore come see what the excitement is all about,” he ended.
It is unclear if Mike plans to use or sell the house.
He currently lives in a $1 million mansion in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, which is just a 40-minute drive from Columbia.
REAL ESTATE EMPIRE
The Columbia home is just minutes away from his various businesses, including Mike’s vacation rental Two Lanes and his car garage Columbia Motor Alley.
He is also the landlord of several properties rented out by Muletown Coffee, Packard Playhouse, and other local businesses.
Mike also owns a $600,000 property that used to be a wine bar.
For the outside area, he had a stage, fire pit, and wooden pergola built.
He topped off the construction with pavers and greenery.
In photos obtained by The U.S. Sun, the American Pickers star added two vintage red and white gas pumps to the outdoor space.
A source previously told The U.S. Sun of the area, “It’s going to be a restaurant. They are going to sell pizza, soda, that kind of stuff.
“Construction workers are building a stage for karaoke, a fire pit and a pergola in front of the building.”
Mike Wolfe’s businesses
Mike Wolfe has created a business empire featuring real estate, antique stores, and more.
But no restaurant opened, as a town source told The U.S. Sun in April, “It used to be a vintage wine bar and lounge. They closed that down and Mike Wolfe bought it and built that.
“It’s just sitting there. I don’t know what they’re doing with it.”
A second insider claimed the space currently acts as an outdoor seating area for the next-door restaurant Prime and Pint.
A source told The U.S. Sun Mike’s project to revamp Columbia is “costing $93 million.”
The insider added, “The town is happy Mike is taking this on to help bring new life to Columbia.”
Mike stars on American Pickers alongside Robbie Wolfe, Jon “Jersey Jon” Szalay, and Danielle Colby.
He revealed on Instagram that the show will be returning in the fall.
