ZZ Top have announced a Spring 2025 US leg of their ongoing “Elevation Tour.” The new dates will see the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame act play 21 shows across the Southeast and Midwest.
The outing kicks off March 5th in Dothan, Alabama, and runs through an April 12th show in Forrest City, Arkansas. Along the way, ZZ Top will hit such cities as Tampa, Nashville, Milwaukee, and Cincinnati, among others.
ZZ Top recently launched a fall US leg which runs through a November 24th show in Lubbock, Texas. Tickets for both legs are available here.
The fall and spring headlining jaunts come after ZZ Top’s co-headlining summer run with Lynyrd Skynyrd. That outing wrapped up September 22nd in Ridgefield, Washington.
While ZZ Top haven’t released a proper studio LP since 2012’s Futura, in 2022 the band did unveil the full-length performance album RAW, which essentially served as the soundtrack to the 2019 documentary That Little Ol’ Band from Texas.
The band’s current lineup includes classic members Billy Gibbons (vocals, guitar) and Frank Beard (drummer) alongside Elwood Francis (bass, vocals), who took over for the late Dusty Hill following his passing in 2021.
