Holistic health and fitness coach Alexane Besse works hard on her health and fitness goals and aims to inspire others. On a video on Instagram of her running with her dogs, captioned “live a life you are excited for,” the video says “a big part of being happy is being excited. Be excited about everything – a cup of tea, making your bed, going for a walk, traveling, buying something you’ve been saving for, seeing a friend, sunsets, falling in love.” Here’s how Alexane stays in incredible shape.
Her health is one of her top priorities. “Money isn’t the real barrier to taking care of ourselves—it’s about priorities. Investing in our health is the ultimate act of self-respect & self love. When we value ourselves, we find ways to make choices that support a vibrant, healthy life, despite our financial status🌱✨,” she said on Instagram.
She slips in a sweet treat now and then, but still aims to keep it nutritious. “Quick & easy snack for mid day energy or sweet tooth cravings 🤤 All you need: • Dates • Peanut butter • Chocolate chips • Sea salt • (optional) coconut shreds / chia seeds. Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy this delicious treat!😍,” she said on this Instagram video. As seen on the Cleveland Clinics website, “dates are loaded with natural sugars, so drying them only intensifies their sweet, caramel-like flavor,” says registered dietitian Gillian Culbertson, RD, LD. “But just because they’re sugary doesn’t mean they’re bad for you. Dates have a lot of benefits and are packed with nutrients your body needs.”
On a video that says “POV started eating my skincare,” she shares her juicing fruits and veggies and making healthy meals. “Beauty starts from within! 🌱✨You don’t need endless skincare products… just a balanced diet full of whole foods to glow from the inside out. Focus on nourishing your gut, clean whole foods, and watch your skin transform 🙌,” she said on Instagram.
She works her glutes and core muscles, sharing her routine to inspire others. “Highly requested glute & core day for you girlies😍 (My clients are loving these additions to their split😮💨🍑) • Warm up • Squats 3×12 • DB sumo squats 3×12 • Hip-thrusts 3×8 • Split Squats 3×8 • Cable kick backs 4×8 • Pitshark 3×10 • Abductors 3×12 • Scissor kicks 3×15 • Core crunches 3×15 • Cable kneeling crunches 3×10. Now this is pretty long simply because I’ve had to adjust my schedule and can only lift ~3x a week so really trying to squeeze in as many exercises as I can, but feel free to pick your faves to implement into your routine,” she said on Instagram.
She looks at a new week as a new beginning, keeping herself and her community on social media motivated. “Happy Monday friends🤍Remember, each new week is a fresh chance to align with your goals and honor the promises you made to yourself. Show up with intention. stay focused and let every small step you take move you closer to the life you’re building. You’ve got this🙌,” she said on Instagram.
