A BODYBUILDER and health influencer has tragically died just three days after her 35th birthday.
Panamanian icon Johanna Pérez had posted on her Instagram not long before her death next to two “35” birthday balloons with a haunting caption.
Her caption reads: “Thank you God for giving me another wonderful and magical year of life, may it be filled with love, health, desire, money, happiness, strength and peace.
“Thank you for allowing me to live each day doing what I love, surrounded by wonderful people, adding incredible experiences, and fulfilling all my goals little by little.”
There is not currently any explanation as to what caused her death on October 23.
It was not believed that Johanna was struggling with any long-term health issue at the time of her death.

It is also unclear if authorities are looking into her cause of death.
Under the final post from October 20, an eerie comment read: “We’ll see you this week.”
Johanna replied “see you on Thursday to celebrate that anniversary”.
This reply was posted the day before she died.
Another celebratory Instagram comment read: “For many more years celebrating with you I love you my beautiful @johafit14 beautiful”.
A family member shared a photo of Johanna with the message: “On 23 October, our dear Johanna found eternal peace.
“Her kindness and joy live in our hearts.
“Join us for a service to honour her beautiful soul on 28 October.”
Her family have also asked those attending the funeral not to wear black, and instead dress in vibrant colours to tribute the health star’s “vibrant spirit”.
A recent post from the 25th October includes dozens of mourners expressing their grief in the comments.
One comment read: “All her followers and those of us who knew her wonder what happened.”
Another read: “May God have her in her glory! She achieved everything she set out for and more, Peace to her remains.”
Johanna was a prominent figure in Panamanian sport after becoming one of the first women to compete in professional bodybuilding tournaments.
She finished in second place at the NPC Worldwide Panama in August this year, reported by NeedToKnow.
Her Instagram page showcased her impressive physique, including several health tips.
Her page was followed by over 45,000 people.
In a similar case, the Brazillian bodybuilder Antônio Leso Brás de Souza posted an eerie video to social media just hours before dying in competiton.
Antônio told his fans “All right, folks, off to the weigh-in. God willing, everything will go well.”
He could not be saved by the doctors on the scene.
Earlier this month, legendary bodybuilder Lenny Persin, also known as “Big Lenny” died aged 60.
Big Lenny had suffered congestive heart failure prior to his death.
He was known for his eccentric appearance, including his protruding stomach and big personality.
In September, Belarusian Illia Golem reportedly suffered a heart attack at home, and later died in hospital.
Illia was known as the world’s “most monstrous bodybuilder.”
He was 36.
