Ana de Armas and Oscar Isaac seem to be preparing to work together on a new project. The Cuban-Spanish star, who is currently promoting her new movie ‘Ballerina,’ which is a spin-off of the John Wick franchise, and the Guatemalan-Cuban actor, who finished filming the highly anticipated ‘Frankenstein’ movie, are set to star in a new Apple TV+ series.
De Armas will make her English language series debut in Bananas, an upcoming show from Apple TV+, where she stars alongside Oscar Isaac (Moon Knight and Scenes from a Marriage). The series is expected to be captivating and will be directed by well-known filmmaker David O. Russell, acclaimed for films like Silver Linings Playbook, The Fighter, and American Hustle, as noted by Deadline. Russell will also serve as executive producer for the show, marking it as a top priority for the platform.
