What’s the “In a moment it could all boom” TikTok trend? Viral Arcane sound explained

While scrolling through your For You Page on TikTok, you might have come across the viral “In a moment it could all bloom” Arcane sound. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

The “In a moment it could all bloom” trend on TikTok has taken the platform by storm, with users incorporating the dramatic and edgy audio into a variety of creative videos.

Inspired by a scene from Arcane, the catchy sound has become a popular tool for cosplay, makeup transformations, and humor, showcasing TikTok’s love for dynamic and versatile sounds.

Origin of the trend

This trend originates from an iconic scene in Netflix’s Arcane season two, episode two, titled Watch It All Burn, released on November 9, 2024.

In the scene, Jinx saves a young girl, Isha, from Chross’s men and delivers a chilling line: “You feel it? That buzzing behind your eyes? Because you know, in a moment, it could all boom,” accompanied by a gesture mimicking shooting herself in the head as she says “boom.”

The intense dialogue and Jinx’s dramatic delivery made the moment instantly memorable. In December 2024, TikTok user zaytxr created an edit using this scene, which quickly gained traction.

Although the original upload was removed, zaytxr reuploaded it on February 5, 2025, where it garnered over 40,000 views before being deleted again. Despite this, the sound from their edit went viral, accumulating over 110,000 uses by TikTokers across the platform.

TikTokers have embraced the audio, which features catchy music, to create engaging and often funny content. Cosplay and makeup transition videos are among the most popular types of content using the sound.

For instance, on January 6, 2025, TikToker charleygrayyyy shared a Jinx cosplay transition that received over 12.8 million views and 2.1 million likes.

On January 17, 2025, contnet creator kirkiimad posted a video captioned, “POV you’re watching a random show and you finally find out where a TikTok sound came from,” amassing over 21 million views.

Humorous interpretations also abound. TikToker lindsyee, for example, used the sound to caption a video about spotting the Costco Guys, referencing their catchphrase “Boom!” Her video earned over 5.5 million views.

With over 1.2 million videos using similar audio tracks, the trend’s versatility continues to fuel its popularity on TikTok.

It’s just one of the many trends gaining traction on TikTok, alongside the popular ‘Artists who can sing vs artists who can’t’ meme and the hilarious ‘AI Balloon Filter’ craze.
