Hilary Rhoda in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares Intense Workout

Hilary Rhoda is giving her followers a glimpse at her workout routine – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the model shares little tidbits of her workouts, wearing a variety of belly-baring exercise sets. “Don’t get ready, stay ready!! It’s a lifestyle 🤙🏼😎👊🏼 I love teaching my son the importance of moving your body and having fun while doing it. He’s such a little ball of energy and it’s the most fun,” she writes in the caption of the Instagram post.

Hilary explained to Self that she fuels up before and after working out. “I try to have an apple or something but nothing too heavy because if I eat too soon before, it makes me feel sick so I have to be careful,” she said. After, she hits Sweet Green or Juice Press.

Hilary keeps chicken in the fridge. “When I’m at home, I make chicken. The other night I made four chicken breasts, put it under the broiler for 12 minutes with some soy sauce and Miracle Whip and Caribbean jerk rub and then I just put it in the fridge. I can have it as a snack or on my salads, but it’s just good to have prepared. Otherwise, sometimes cooking takes too much time and that’s when you go for chips or something unhealthy,” she told Self.

Hilary is into cycling. “I love SoulCycle. I don’t know if you can still even call it a trend at this point because it’s been around for a long time now. For me, I never get sick of it. It’s just a great workout. It’s so convenient too because they’re all over the city and they’re every hour, so you can go after work, before work, on your lunch break, any time,” she told Elle.

“I make workouts more of an appointment rather than something that’s optional so that I can’t really bail on it. Or I’ll tell a friend to meet me at this place to work out, like spin class or whatever, and that way I’ll also be more motivated to get up. You’re held accountable and they’re going to be mad if you don’t show up, so that helps. You’re like, Ugh, I have to go, but then you feel better afterwards,” Hilary told Elle.

In Hilary’s recent post, she gave her followers a glimpse into some of her strength training workouts. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
