Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings to Perform as The Guess Who for First Time in 23 Years

Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings are reuniting to perform as The Guess Who for the first time in 23 years on the upcoming Rock Legends Cruise XIII.

The 2026 festival cruise is set to depart from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on February 23rd and will sail through the Caribbean before disembarking on the 27th.

Billed as headliners, The Guess Who will return to the stage with principal songwriters Bachman and Cummings to perform two hours of the Canadian band’s biggest hits, including “These Eyes,” “American Woman,” and “No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature,” plus songs from both the guitarist and singer’s respective solo careers, as well as Bachman-Turner Overdrive.

The rest of the lineup for the performance will be rounded out by Sean Fitzsimons (drums, vocals), Jeff Jones (bass, vocals), Nick Sinopoli (percussion, vocals), Tim Bovaconti (guitar, vocals) and Joe Augello (guitar, vocals).

Bachman revealed plans for the reunion in an interview with American Songwriter earlier this year, stating that the group would unveil “a setlist of about 30 hit songs” in 2026: “a two- or three-hour Springsteen kind of marathonic show.” The cruise gig will also be the first by The Guess Who since Bachman and Cummings teamed up to settle a lawsuit last September to reclaim use of the band’s name, which had been appropriated by former bandmates Garry Peterson and Jim Kale for their own legacy act.

Meanwhile, the rest of the cruise’s lineup is stacked with fellow rock royalty, including The Gene Simmons Band, Kevin Cronin, Eric Burdon and the Animals, Loverboy, Blue Oyster Cult, Uriah Heep, and Jefferson Starship, among others.
