Creed will wrap up an extensive year of touring with three newly announced New Year’s Eve shows featuring support from Sevendust. Additionally, Creed singer Scott Stapp has booked a solo gig at the famed Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
The New Year’s Eve concerts will take place December 28th at the Choctaw Casino & Resort in Durant, Oklahoma, and December 30th and 31st at The Colosseum Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Platinum and artist pre-sales have begun via Ticketmaster, with a Live Nation pre-sale beginning on Tuesday (October 8th) at 10 a.m. local time using the code TEMPO, and a general on-sale starting Wednesday (October 9th).
Creed recently completed a highly successful summer reunion tour, and are gearing up for a fall North American outing with support from 3 Doors Down and Mammoth WVH (pick up tickets here). The band also announced the lineup for its 2025 “Summer of ’99 and Beyond” cruise, featuring Sevendust, Hoobastank, Filter, and more.
Stapp, meanwhile, will play the Grand Ole Opry on October 23rd, marking his first ever gig at the historic venue. During his set, he’ll be joined onstage by singer Dorothy for a performance of “If These Walls Could Talk,” the pair’s duet from Stapp’s latest solo album, Higher Power, which was released in March.
“I am humbled by this invitation and grateful for the Opry’s tradition of including outliers like me,” remarked Stapp in a press release. “The Nashville songwriting community has been an incredible source of inspiration and support through a life-changing era for me, so it is a distinct honor to step into the circle for the first time.”
