Boris and Melvins Release New Split Single Twins of Evil

Side A of the split features an exclusive edit of the Melvins’ “Funny Equals Pain,” while side B features Boris’ entry: a new song titled “Cry -狂叫-.” According to the press release, “both songs are high concept, running around the 20 minute mark, with a strong emphasis on listening on analog record format.”

That said, fans will have to be on their toes if they want to procure one of the vinyl pressings. The press announcement for the split touts the upcoming limited-edition vinyl as “an instant sell-out for which collectors around the world will be waiting.”

Meanwhile, Boris are set to embark on their “Amplifier Worship Service” tour (get tickets here) in late September. The US outing will see the Japanese trio performing its 1998 debut album Amplifier Worship in its entirety.
