Viktória Varga is hitting the courts in a sporty dress. In a recent social media post the model, swimsuit designer, and wife of Graziano Pelle shows off her amazing body while at the Emirates Golf Club. “Sporty sunday,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, getting lots of comments from her hundreds of thousands of followers. “You are always gorgeous and what legs,” wrote one. “You are beautiful,” added another. How does Varga approach diet and exercise? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Viktória doesn’t follow a strict eating plan, but she keeps two foods to a minimum. “I don’t follow any diet, but I try to eat bread and red meat less,” she told Grettel. She has also revealed that she loves breakfast. She shared this photo of herself enjoying a bowl of whole grain cereal, oatmeal, sliced bananas, an apple, and a glass of juice. “I get way too much happiness from good food. What do you eat for breakfast?” she captioned it.
Viktória exercises almost every day. “I work out 4-5 times a week, but it depends on my mood what class I choose. I like Power Plate and TRX, but I try out every other type of sport too – the important is to make me sweat! In summertime or during my vacation I try to be more active even if I don’t go to gym,” she told Grettel.
If you want a body like Viktória’s, you need to do a lot of glute work. “As I promised here are 3 simple glute/leg/core activation exercise that I love when I’m short on time or when the gym machines i want are already being used by someone else,” she captioned a recent post.
Viktória also enjoys hiking, a great full body workout according to the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, says a Stanford University study.
In her recent post Viktória wears a tennis dress while holding up a padel. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. “While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding,” they say.
