Olivia Plath is heating things up “below the equator” in her swimsuit. The reality star shows off her incredible figure in a swimsuit while vacationing in Ecuador. “When I saw inexpensive tickets for Peru, I couldn’t pass them up. 🇵🇪 I’m in a headspace right now where I just can’t seem to get enough of broadening my horizons, and experiencing the world from other culture’s perspectives. I’m truly so hungry to get out of my bubble,” she captioned the Instagram post. “Thrilled to explore a new-to-me continent this week! 9yo little me who read big fat history and geography books would be freaking out if she knew that I would make it below the equator as a young adult.” How does she stay so fit? Olivia has been open about her struggle with body image. “This posed portrait where I’m sucking my stomach in can also look like… side rolls when I lay down because I’m human. This seemingly confident person… felt like committing suicide in this moment. UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “I have a beautiful sexy body and yet I have an unhealthy relationship with food where I always feel ‘fat’ and starve myself. I look like a badass who has my life together… but I gave myself this burn in a panic attack induced car accident. I’m often happy and full of laughter… “But there are a lot of times I lose it when I’m overwhelmed. I have a lot of photos taken from good angles… But not all angles are flattering, and that’s okay. I’m human. Social media is often a highlight reel, but just know that you aren’t alone. We all cry, we all break sometimes, we all have imperfect bodies and are doing the best we can, she said. “No matter what social media leads us to believe, we are all imperfect people trying to figure life out as we go. You are not alone. I’m human too.”
Olivia loves trying new workouts, like pole dancing. “Super super rusty because this is my first pole class since May, due to my summer travels, but I’m so happy to be back at BrandiLand,” she wrote in an Instagram Story, tagging the fitness studio.
Olivia spent the summer biking around Europe with Ethan. One day, they biked a whopping 42 miles telling her followers that it was cool to watch her body “grow stronger and adapt.”
Olivia was schooled in nutrition during her trip to Europe. “I am now an intensified food snob,” she wrote in a recent post. “After spending three months in Europe eating healthy, delicious food every day, I’ve realized to an even greater degree that America eats actual chemicals. Our standards, for both food and beauty/body/hygiene products, are on the floor. Ironic that upon arriving home from the airport, there was a check waiting for me from a US settlement company because I bought a product a while back that has since been recalled for toxic additives,” she continued. “Three months in Europe has grown my palate and my heart, and you can bet your dollar (or euro lol) that if I never get to follow my dream and live in Europe, I’ll at least spend my life flying back and forth. My heart and soul just feel so alive there.”
Olivia also loves to hike. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” the National Parks Service explains. Physical benefits of hiking include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
