Goodger works out with a personal trainer. “We do body weight training – lots of squats, lifting balls, stretches and then boxing,” she says. “I do cardio in the gym a few times a week, but I prefer training with a PT. I don’t push myself as hard on my own.”

Goodger enjoys eggs and toast for breakfast and a sandwich or omelet for lunch. “While past research confused the public regarding if it was truly safe to eat eggs on a regular basis out of fear of cardiovascular disease, recent research has since disproved this notion,” says registered dietitian Elizabeth Shaw. “Contrary to what you may see on social media, you actually want to eat the whole egg (yep, yolk included) to reap the full nutritional benefits.”

Goodger works out for both physical and mental benefits. “Training really helps me mentally,” she says. “I haven’t had any therapy and I’m not on medication. People have advised me to see a counselor and maybe I will in the future, but it’s not something I want to do right now. I deal with things differently.”

Goodger’s typical dinner is Shepherd’s Pie with sweet potato, or pasta. “Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene – in fact, it’s what gives this root its bright-orange flesh,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “When we eat beta-carotene, our body converts it to vitamin A, which is then used to form light detecting receptors in the eye. This is important for night vision and maintaining the health of the eye.”

Goodger says she plans on having her breast implants removed. “I want to get a bit slimmer and then I’ll get my implants out,” she says. “I’m over [a] big [chest] and big bums now. I’m so over that look. I want to look sexy – I’m single!”
