After visiting the skincare facility, Epione, Kim, 43, seemed to be in a bad mood as she walked to her luxury SUV.
Epione has given treatments to the Kardashian family in the past – including Kris Jenner, 68.
After noticing the paparazzi capturing her every move, she decided to throw up her middle finger.
The Skims founder didn’t shed a smile as she wore an all-black ensemble – all while her long black hair was left down.

On top, she wore a loose-fitting zip-up sweatshirt with a plunging top underneath.
On the bottom, Kim hid her toned legs with a pair of sweatpants and matching sneakers.
She shielded her eyes from nosy photographers with a pair of black wide-lensed sunglasses.

She appeared to not wear any jewelry but held on tightly to her purse.
She also had a black bag with the company’s name on it that was filled with white tissue paper.
Kim is spotted many times while running errands and attending events, however, she rarely flips off cameras.
Back in September, Saint West, eight, gave the cameras a middle finger and Kim seemed less than impressed by his actions by giving him a stern talking-to.
COFFEE RUN
Also this week, Kim was spotted in LA after spending time with a friend while visiting a Starbucks.
Before getting into her $200,000 custom Mercedes-Maybach, Kim smiled at some fans who had recognized her.
The Kardashians star was wearing a pair of ultra-tight black leather pants with a red stripe that came down from both of her hips.
The pants were detailed with four large silver buttons that kept the front of the superstar’s pants closed.
Her hair was slicked back into a low bun, and she was carrying her drink, phone, and a tink black designer purse.
The beauty mogul completed her outfit with a simple white cropped T-shirt with no pattern or design.
The shirt was tight around her seemingly shrinking chest, but it became oversized when it dropped to her tiny hourglass waist.
THE KIDS ARE BACK
After spending time with their father, Kanye West, 46, and his wife, Bianca Censori, 28, in Miami, Florida celebrating the release of the rapper’s comeback album, Vultures, Saint and Chicago were seen out with their mom.
In the unedited photos, the TV personality wore a red and black oversized shirt open over her outfit.
Kim wore baggy khaki cargo pants paired with a tight white tank.
She completed the look with pointed black heels and a pair of black shades over her eyes.
Saint and Chicago were also dressed casually during their nighttime outing in California.

In a few snaps, Kim carried her youngest daughter – and many thought she was copying Bianca.
KIM’S NIGHT OUT
The mom of four recently attended a runway show for the luxury fashion house, Balenciaga.
In a few photos shared on social media, Kim wore a cropped zip-up jacket with the word Beverly Bills Balenciaga in small letters.
On the bottom, she wore beige lace pants while the article of clothing stretched to and over her feet and showed off her pencil-thin legs.
She captioned the carousel: “When @balenciaga came to Cali.”
Also in the slideshow, Kim’s younger sister, Kendall Jenner, 28, made a special appearance.
However, many fans were upset that Kim still supports the brand amid many controversies.
“So we’re just gonna forget the whole scandal?” one person commented, as another asked: “You’ve got kids and you support them? Smh.”

NEW SKIMS COLLECTION
Meanwhile, Kim has been hard at work with her fashion company.
The make-up iconic has been promoting her newest Skims collection inspired by New Year’s Eve.
In the sexy video, the star laid on her side in full glam, resting her head on her hand in the clip released on her Instagram account on Friday.
Kim’s slimmed curves poked out in the snug gold silk low-cut dress she wore.
Her outfit was cut out along her midsection, enabling her to showcase her sculpted abs.
Kim’s dress exposed her entire chiseled back, and her bare hips.
With the mom of four’s gown being a scoop-back neck, it was apparent she wasn’t wearing any underwear.
The New Year’s Eve collection is now available on the Skims website and includes dresses, bodysuits, gloves, tops, leggings, and more.
