Ripa’s nutritionist, Gioffre, recently revealed her healthy diet during an interview on E! News. He said, “I’ve never met someone who is busier than Kelly. She is super mom. She is just amazing on the show. She works out seven days a week, and she maintains this incredible strength eating lifestyle that I’ve taught her.”

Gioffre spoke about how mindful and deliberate Ripa is regarding her diet choices and how she maintains her body. He emphasized the importance of incorporating nutritious foods into the diet, such as greens, fiber, and healthy fats.

“Every time you’re hungry or you’re gonna put something in your body, it has to be something that is going to strengthen you from the inside out,” Gioffre stated.

In the interview, Gioffre also shared some advice that he gives to his clients to maintain a healthy diet. He said adding healthy foods is better than cutting out certain fatty or unhealthy ingredients from their daily meals.

“Just start with one thing, but master that one thing, commit to that one thing, and do that one thing consistently,” Gioffre stated. “When you feel good enough that that’s part of your lifestyle, you do it on a regular basis and it’s automatic, you don’t have to think about it. Then you can add the next thing and then the next thing.”

This is an approach that Gioffre says Ripa added to her diet. The TV host reportedly incorporated multiple superfoods into her daily meals, such as dehydrated greens and regular water intake.

Gioffre also suggested alternatives like green juice made from whole fruits like cucumber, green apples, and pears.

During an episode of “Live with Kelly and Mark,” the couple reflected on their elopement in 1996 while teasing their upcoming “Live Excursion” to Las Vegas.

The co-hosts talked about how they kept their elopement a secret from their colleagues on “All My Children” for several months.

Their marriage was well hidden until former talk show host Wendy Williams, who was recently diagnosed with dementia and aphasia, revealed the news on her former New York radio show.

Ripa explained that they hid it “because we worked together, and we didn’t want it to be perceived that somehow we couldn’t work together.”

At first, it was a good idea to them, but Consuelos said they quickly realized it was a “hair-brained idea.”

Ripa delved more into the details of how their marriage was leaked to the public. She explained that they’d gone to the Clark County Courthouse to apply for a marriage license, which was where an eyewitness saw them. The news was then leaked to Williams, who happily revealed their marriage as gossip on her New York City radio show.

Ripa said, per EW, “We’d eloped. It’d been a few months at that point; We’d been married for three months, [and] nobody at [‘All My Children’] knew we were even dating, much less married to each other. We’re brushing our teeth, and we’ve got Wendy Williams’ radio show on. We’re listening, and she’s like, ‘I’ve got a celebrity dish.’”

Ripa shared more of how Williams broke the news to the world. She added, “The celebrities, I guess they had a broad use of the term back then, was the fact that two soap stars from ‘All My Children,’ Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos … eloped in Las Vegas. There was this eyewitness that worked in the Clark County courthouse that said we eloped, and the news broke, and we had to tell everybody we were married.”
