KELLY Clarkson has revealed her fight with her talk show’s HR over her weight loss.
The American Idol alum gave a stunning performance at the Hard Rock Live event in New Jersey over the weekend.
After belting some of her hits at the Etess Arena in Atlantic City, Kelly, 43, opened up about an apparent behind the scenes quarrel at her talk show.
According to Page Six, one member of the audience called her “sexy” and the star wanted to thank her enthusiastic fan.
This is when she admitted that she nearly got into a fight with the human resources department at her NBC talk show.
She exclaimed, “They … say you’re not allowed to say someone looks attractive, and I say f*** that.”

The smash-hit singer went on to explain that according to HR rules, complimenting a person’s slimmer figure “might make people feel bad that they looked bad before.”
But she was not having it as she then stated, “I was fat before, so I’m saying I want you to say, ‘Damn. … Well done.'”
She continued, “Some of those b****** are out here working, and we’re trying.”
The Stronger singer than clarified that there was nothing wrong with the way her figure looked before as she said she still felt “confident.”
She added, “I felt fine both ways, but I’m just saying it’s a lot more fun with clothes now.
“I’ve been working on it.”
They … say you’re not allowed to say someone looks attractive, and I say f*** that.

The star then quipped that she would not call HR over the comment from her admirer.
She noted, “It is not a joke. I know HR is not a joke, but it is really funny some of the things they talk about.”
MOVING ON?
The comments come after Page Six reported the mom of two is looking to leave her NBC show.
The outlet is reporting she wants to leave to spend more time with daughter River, 10, and son Remy, 8.
A source told the outlet, “Kelly’s No. 1 priority is her children, and they always will be.
“The show is grueling. It’s a whole lot of work and I hear that Kelly would like to spend more time down South.”
Hoda Kotb, who left Today in January, is allegedly in talks to take over.
