“Jimmy Cooks” is in the top spot.
As revealed on Monday, the 21 Savage-featuring closer from Drake’s new album Honestly, Nevermind is now the No. 1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Honestly, Nevermind is also the No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 albums chart. As fans will note, Drake previously pulled off the simultaneous chart-topping feat with last year’s Certified Lover Boy and “Way 2 Sexy” rollout. According to Billboard, this month’s repeat of the feat makes Drake the first solo male artist to do so twice.
The much-discussed “Jimmy Cooks”—which sees Vinylz, Tay Keith, and Cubeatz credited as producers—now stands as Drake’s 11th No. 1 song on the Hot 100. For 21 Savage, the collaboration is his second, following the chart-topping success of his Post Malone collab “Rockstar.”
Fellow Honestly, Nevermind cuts “Sticky” and “Falling Back” also landed in the top 10 of the latest Hot 100 chart at No. 6 and No. 7, respectively. Harry Styles’ “As It Was,” Lizzo’s “About Damn Time,” and Kate Bush’s Stranger Things-boosted “Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)” also appear on this week’s chart.
