BRITNEY Spears enjoyed a spa day on Tuesday with her brother amid a supposedly strenuous family atmosphere.
The 42-year-old singer recently wrapped up a legal battle with her father, Jamie, after she was in a conservatorship for 13 years.
Britney‘s dad is said to be fearful that she is in danger and could be considering an intervention.
The Circus singer seems to be enjoying family time with her brother, Bryan Spears.
Britney filmed around the reception room in a Las Vegas spa as she walked next to her brother.
“My brother, we’re in Vegas, and we’re going to the spa, and we’re lost!” she said from behind the camera.

The siblings were at the Resorts World Awana Spa.
“Disneyland for adults,” Britney said.
She then filmed from a brightly lit modern hallway.
“I feel like I’m trippin’, dude! This is better than Disneyland ’cause it’s sexy,” she finished.
Bryan and Britney’s mother, Lynne Spears, liked the post on Instagram.
This came after Britney revealed she was willing to “be the bigger person” and forgive her parents.
According to Page Six, in a now-deleted post, she became candid about her estrangement from her father.
FORGIVENESS?
“There was a time when I was held in a spot against my will for a very long time,” she captioned her lengthy post, referring to her time under a 13-year conservatorship.
“I haven’t been the same since.”
“I portray myself as very together on IG, but there are a lot of people who don’t know what my body physically went through!” she went on.
“I feel bullied, and it’s not fair to me.
“I have to be the bigger person and forgive my own parents…but that’s extremely hard!”
Britney Spears’ conservatorship timeline
In September 2021, Britney’s case returned to a Los Angeles courtroom where Judge Brenda Penny made a number of bombshell rulings, following her father’s decision to end the conservatorship the month prior.
She ruled to rid Jamie of his daughter’s conservatorship, however, it did not mean the end of the conservatorship altogether.
Speaking in court, Judge Brenda Penny said: “Based on what I read in the filings, and I read everything. I do believe the suspension of Jamie Spears is in the best interest of Britney Spears.
“The current situation is unattainable. The court finds the toxic environment Jamie Spears has created needs to be removed today.”
Following the judge’s decision, a temporary conservator was put in Jamie’s place for about a month.
In early November 2021, Jamie was back in court filing new legal documents that show he’s done fighting.
Jamie had previously demanded $2 million in exchange for stepping down but documents at the time showed that he was not seeking any further compensation.
On November 12, Judge Penny ruled in favor of the pop star, removing Jamie from the position of conservator without requiring any further mental examination from Britney.
“I will do my best to let it go and not let others down by my anger,” Britney concluded.
Despite the family tension, her parents are said to be extremely concerned for her mental health.
Jamie fears she may be on a downward mental health spiral and “could even die,” per the Spears family insider.
SCARED DAD
He supposedly told fans he’s worried his “baby girl will become sick again.”
Her mother and father “worry that her desire to feel free and do as she pleases leads her to choices where she… or be led by others into problematic situations.
“It is no secret that Britney has mental health issues [because] it was discussed openly in her court hearings and paperwork by her and conservators.
“Then she was on a stable controlled system in place of medication and therapy, but now that has ended,” the source shared.
“He knows that he has been portrayed as the bad guy by his daughter and the Free Britney movement, but he maintains that his actions saved her life.
“He worries that he may have to try and take a similar step again because her mental welfare seems to be spiraling.”
