Britney Spears recently took a break from the spotlight to enjoy some sibling spa therapy with her brother Bryan.

The former teen idol shared the video Tuesday, nearly a week after expressing willingness to forgive her estranged parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, for her 13-year conservatorship.

“My brother, we’re in Vegas, and we’re going to the spa, and we’re lost!” the 42-year-old singer blurts out while filming the video. The footage begins with her 47-year-old brother Bryan guiding her to the front desk of Resorts World’s Awana Spa.

The “Toxic” crooner” described the expansive retreat as “Disneyland for adults” and a “spaceship” adorned with numerous spheres hanging from the ceiling. While standing in a hallway illuminated by modern lighting, they exclaimed, “I feel like I’m tripping, dude! This is better than Disneyland because it’s sexy.”

Britney and Bryan Spears struck poses in front of a glowing spa mirror, where facials, massages, and all things soothing await.

Bryan Spears Appears to be the Only Relative Who Remains Close to Britney

Despite years of feuding with most of her family, Britney has reportedly maintained a close relationship with Bryan. Last year, he allegedly was at hand to help Britney through her latest divorce with Sam Asghari.

“He’s been staying over and helping her alongside a therapist,” an insider told Page Six in 2023.

The insider described Bryan’s unwavering support for his sister as “a great thing” for their family, especially since Britney had felt “isolated” following the end of her year-long marriage to Asghari, 30.

Last Wednesday, Britney shared on Instagram her desire to “be the bigger person and forgive” her parents, despite acknowledging that it would be “extremely hard” due to the “extremely deep” trauma she endured during her conservatorship.

“I will do my best to let it go and not let others down by my anger,” she said at the time.

In 2008, Jamie placed Britney under a legal conservatorship following her public breakdown, granting him control over her medical and financial decisions. This arrangement continued until his suspension in September 2021. A Los Angeles judge fully terminated the conservatorship in November 2021.

Britney remains estranged from her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, whom she has frequently criticized on social media. Recently, she mocked Jamie Lynn for having a meltdown on a reality TV show.
