Viagra Boys Unveil New Album viagr aboys: Stream

Swedish art-punk band Viagra Boys have returned today with viagr aboys, their fourth studio album.

Serving as their first release on their newly-launched record label, Shrimptech Enterprises, as well as their first new album since 2022’s Cave Worldvaigr aboys was co-produced by the band and regular collaborator Pelle Gunnerfeldt. As for the title, vocalist Sebastian Murphy described it as “like a self-titled album but a bit simple and stupid — because that’s how I am.”

Spanning 11 tracks, the new LP expands upon Viagra Boys’ political satire while also shifting their focus inward. The band previewed the new project with singles “Man Made of Meat,” which arrived with a satirical, art world-themed video, “Uno II,” which was named after Murphy’s Italian greyhound, and last month’s “The Bog Body.”
