I thought I would be killed at Taylor Swift ‘Eras’ tour

The social media influencer said that she and her partner arrived at Nissan Stadium at 3:00 p.m and were let into the venue around 3:30 due to their VIP tickets.

A Taylor Swift fan had a terrifying experience in the crowd at a recent concert and she can’t “Shake it Off.”

The fan has gone viral on TikTok after revealing that she felt like she was going to become “another Travis Scott fatality” during the Nashville leg of Swift’s Eras tour. Ten people died in a massive crowd surge at rapper Scott’s concert in 2021.

On Tuesday, the user, who goes by the name Andrea, posted a video, which has garnered 1 million views, claiming that a majority of Swift’s fans left the concert due to unsafe conditions.

“I left and went home with 2/3rds of the Eras tour last night,” said the young adult in her video. “I felt uncomfortable, unsafe and terrified at some points yesterday.”

The social media influencer said that she and her partner arrived at Nissan Stadium at 3 p.m. and were let into the venue around 3:30 due to their VIP tickets.

Andrea said everything was normal till about 5:30 p.m., when officials asked attendees to shelter in place due to a severe lightning storm.

“Everyone who was in the lower bowl and floor seats all had to go up underneath the stadium seats where the concessions are and shelter in place until it bypassed,” said Andrea. “At first it was a little crowded, but it was fine. Like we did have some room.”

After several hours though, Andrea said the situation began to deteriorate.

“There was nowhere to go. They weren’t letting us leave or you know, do anything,” recalled the woman. “People are freaking out, and then multiple people are dropping left and right and fainting.”

“Paramedics were trying to get through multiple times, and people were calling for nurses,” continued the influencer, who added that the stadium’s security guards were being “super aggressive” and “screaming” at people to let them through.

Andrea said the scene at the Tennessee venue was reminiscent of Travis Scott’s infamous Astroworld concert in November 2021 where 10 people were killed and 300 more were injured.

“I literally thought I was going to be like another Travis Scott fatality,” stated Andrea. “I’ve never been so scared for my life and I couldn’t leave.”

The crowd erupted into further chaos after they were finally allowed to return to their seats.

“People were pushing, and my partner almost got drug under a couple of times because of the crowd surges inside the area,” stated the woman.

According to Andrea, the poor management of the situation ruined the whole night for her and she was in tears before Swift, 33, even came onstage.

"Once lightning started hitting again right before 'reputation,' I had to get out of there because I was not going to be in another crowd situation like that," said Andrea.

The final straw came mid-show when the storm seemed to be picking up again.

“Once lightning started hitting again right before ‘Reputation,’ I had to get out of there because I was not going to be in another crowd situation like that,” said Andrea.

The Post reached out to Andrea and Swift for comment.

According to Ascension’s St. Thomas Emergency Medical Services, nearly 203,000 fans attended Swift’s three-night show at the stadium.

Ascension St. Thomas told local outlet WKRN that EMS workers were “on standby for long hours in unpredictable weather to ensure a fun and safe concert experience for attendees.”

“Forty-two Ascension Saint Thomas EMS workers and several emergency room physicians served alongside other local first responders each night of the tour stop,” continued Ascension St. Thomas, adding that they responded to more than 300 requests for assistance over the course of the weekend.
